If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and choose to return the print, we will issue you a 100% refund of the price paid for the print - subject to the following terms, conditions & exceptions.

• You must e-mail us no later than December 31, 2006 at info@cmtuchman.com of your decision to return the print. Upon receipt, we will send you a return authorization and instructions. The print must be returned to us within 5 business days of your receipt of such authorization and instructions.
• This money back guarantee requires that the print be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. We reserve the right to return without refund any print that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage. If we decide to take this action, we will contact you to discuss the options.
• Any refund will be in the same form as used for the original purchase and will be made within 5 business days after receipt of the returned print in its original packaging and in its original condition.
• This guarantee only covers the price of the print and you will be liable for all shipping costs.

DAMAGED PRINTS

• While we do not expect the print to be damaged during shipment, if the print is damaged upon receipt, you must e-mail us at info@cmtuchman.com within 3 business days. We will then arrange for and bear the cost of return shipment and, upon receipt of the damaged print, we will send you a replacement print.
